Kudos to Supreme Court !

These strict orders of Supreme Court despite the allegedly drama of Delhi traders and political parties comes as a relief to those Indians which have thought once that the entire country is sleeping. This is a wake up call by Chief Jusitce Y K Sabharwal proves once again that the Indian judiciary is still active in making India a place worth living.

The illegal construction is Delhi which has changed the face of the city from a beautiful city to a city where you don't find a place to move even. This wouldn't have been possible thanks to Officials and politicians who just for the sake of few bucks granted permission to errect these construction. And now all hullah bullah by all the people involved rings a warning alarm. The support which is coming from the politicians was no where seen before the MCD crashed one of the politicians house and than the indian media's report that even Sheela Dixit's (Ho'ble Chief Minister of Delhi) house comes into illegal construction pushed the politicians to take active part in this.

After rejection of Center, State Govt's plea the traders have demanded change in constitution to make construction legal and i hope that will happen for sure. How far this is valid i don't know. Does that means that if i kill 100 people with 100 people with me the constitution will change to save such a large number of people.

The answer definately is no. Now let's look at other scenario.

If there is a CM's son involved (Mind you Karnataka's son has done such sort of thing and nothing has happened) the chances are good that that will happen.

So is it that being into politics or being a relative of politician gives you licence to do whatever you want. Seems answer is yes in most of the cases.

Now come to the point again. So what should be done next ???

My take :

1). The politician and officials involved in granting permission should be held guilty.
2). The loss of dealers should be compensated by charging penealty to politicians and officials.
3). Since dealers are also responsible because depite knowing that it's illegal they created such a drama should be charged a fine.
4). Those dealers who got propertly from someone else without knowing the legality should be left.
5). The main force the builders should be held guilty and should be given 2-3 years sentence and 50-100k penealty.
